If we detect multiple Accounts associated with the same person (through IP address analysis, device fingerprinting, payment method matching, or KYC document verification), we reserve the right to close all such Accounts, void all associated bets, and confiscate any funds or winnings derived from such prohibited activity.
You must not be currently self-excluded from gambling activities on any other platform or operator. If you have previously self-excluded from mt986 or any other online betting service, you must not attempt to circumvent that exclusion by creating a new Account. Doing so will result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of all funds.
To use mt986 Services, you must create an Account by providing accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name (as it appears on your Indonesian KTP), date of birth, email address, phone number, and residential address. All information provided during registration must be truthful and verifiable. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account closure and confiscation of funds.
Before you can withdraw funds from your Account, you must complete our KYC verification process by submitting a clear, legible photograph or scan of your Indonesian national identity card (KTP). The document must show your full name, date of birth, photograph, and ID card number. We may also request additional documentation such as proof of address (utility bill, bank statement) or selfie verification photographs. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension and inability to withdraw funds until verification is completed.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party, and you must take reasonable precautions to prevent unauthorized access to your Account. mt986 is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your Account that occurs due to your failure to maintain password security. You must immediately notify our customer support team if you suspect unauthorized access or use of your Account.
You must keep your Account information current and accurate at all times. If your contact information, address, or other personal details change, you must update your Account profile immediately. Failure to maintain accurate information may result in delays in processing withdrawals, communications, or Account verification.
mt986 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through licensed Indonesian banking institutions including Bank Central Asia (BCA), Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI), Bank Negara Indonesia (BNI), Bank Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, and Bank Danamon. All transactions must be conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). We do not accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies.
The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000. Deposits are typically processed instantly and credited to your Account balance within minutes. You may only deposit funds from a bank account or payment method that is registered in your own name. Requests submitted outside banking hours or on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the next business day. First-time withdrawals require completed KYC verification. You may only withdraw funds to a bank account registered in your own name that matches the name on your mt986 Account and KYC documents. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000, and the maximum withdrawal per transaction is Rp 100,000,000. mt986 does not charge withdrawal fees, but your receiving bank may impose receiving fees.
mt986 is committed to preventing money laundering and terrorist financing. All deposits must be wagered at least once (1x turnover requirement) before the funds are eligible for withdrawal. We reserve the right to request additional documentation or information regarding the source of funds for large deposits or unusual transaction patterns. Withdrawals may be delayed or denied if we suspect money laundering, fraud, or other illegal activity. We may report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities as required by international AML regulations.
Bonus funds and promotional credits are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the applicable promotion terms. Funds in your Account are used in the following order: (1) real deposited funds, (2) winnings from real funds, (3) bonus funds. New mt986 Users are eligible for a 100% first deposit match bonus up to Rp 2,000,000. To claim this bonus, you must enter bonus code WELCOME100 during your first deposit. The bonus is subject to a 5x wagering requirement on the combined bonus and deposit amount (e.g., if you deposit Rp 1,000,000 and receive a Rp 1,000,000 bonus, you must place Rp 10,000,000 in total bets before the bonus funds can be withdrawn). The bonus must be wagered within 30 days of activation, after which any remaining bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited. Bonuses are intended for recreational players and may not be used for professional betting or arbitrage purposes. We reserve the right to void bonuses, withhold winnings, and close Accounts if we determine that bonuses are being abused. Users who engage in irregular betting patterns (such as placing equal bets on opposite outcomes, betting only on heavy favorites with minimal odds, or other strategies designed to guarantee profits while meeting wagering requirements) will have their bonuses voided and may be permanently banned from future promotions.
All sports bets are subject to the specific rules of the sport and betting market in question. Bets are settled based on official results as determined by the governing body of the sport (e.g., FIFA for football, FIBA for basketball). If an event is postponed or cancelled, bets will be voided and stakes refunded unless otherwise specified in the sport-specific rules. mt986 reserves the right to set maximum bet limits, maximum payout limits, and odds restrictions on any betting market at our sole discretion. If you place a bet and the odds change before confirmation, you will be notified and given the option to accept the new odds or cancel the bet.
Live (in-play) betting is offered on selected sports events. Odds and available markets change rapidly during live events based on the current score and game situation. mt986 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, or use, arising from your use of or inability to use the Services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Services shall not exceed the amount you have deposited into your Account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose money. mt986 is not responsible for any losses you incur as a result of your betting or gaming activities. You gamble at your own risk and are solely responsible for managing your bankroll and betting behavior.
We reserve the right to suspend or temporarily restrict access to your Account at any time if we reasonably believe that you have violated these Terms & Conditions, engaged in fraudulent activity, or pose a risk to the integrity of our platform. During suspension, you will not be able to place bets, play games, or withdraw funds. We will investigate the matter and either lift the suspension or proceed to permanent termination depending on our findings.
We may terminate your Account and refuse to provide Services to you at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. You may close your Account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon voluntary closure, we will process any pending withdrawal requests and return your remaining balance.
